Subscribe nowHow does it work?
Stocks are picked by the Seeking Alpha quantitative analysis team, with no subjectivity or emotion.
Alpha Picks takes into account company fundamentals, valuation, momentum, growth, and profitability. Stocks with upward momentum tend to outperform over longer periods.
When a stock no longer scores well on fundamentals, valuation, and momentum (relative to the sector), it becomes a ‘Sell’ and is removed from the portfolio, or if the stock is rated a "Hold" for more than 180 days its rating will be changed to "Sell".

Alpha Picks for?
Alpha Picks is designed for buy & hold investors looking for capital appreciation.
Alpha Picks does not require frequent trading.
The Alpha Picks portfolio is not designed to generate dividend income.
Alpha Picks covers multiple sectors. This is because the best opportunities rotate between different sectors. For example, we added a home builder stock to the Alpha Picks portfolio in March 2023, and that stock appreciated 100% in the following quarter.
Subscribe nowWhat should you expect
Our goal is for the Alpha Picks overall portfolio performance to significantly outperform the market. (So far, it’s done just that.)
We expect some of the picks to massively outperform the market, and some to underperform. Winners dominate the performance of the portfolio as they become larger positions.
Alpha Picks should be evaluated on the performance of the entire portfolio, rather than single picks.
from Alpha Picks?
Don't be surprised if picks are clustered in a single sector like tech or energy for a while. It could just mean that this sector is experiencing the greatest improvement in fundamentals and forward valuation.
